At Croch'Art, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and refunds in accordance with the policy described below.
 
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
 
Return conditions
 
.Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
 
.Labels and security seals must not have been removed.
 
Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted for refund.
 
Return procedure

2. Indicate the reason for return and the order number.
3. Ship the package to the following address

5. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
 
Refund
. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or our error.
