1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to France and Europe. Please note that restrictions may apply to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas.

2. Delivery options

We offer the following delivery options:

*Standard delivery: Delivery time 3 to 5 working days

*Delivery to relay point: Available at partner relay points.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are a single rate:

* 6.20 euros in France

* 9.90 euros in Europe

4. Delivery times

* Orders are generally processed and shipped within business hours; 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

*Orders placed on Friday after 5pm will be processed on Monday at 9am, after payment confirmation.

*Delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on transport conditions and public holidays.

*You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the progress of your package.

5. Order tracking

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
